About the Firm

It is the unfortunate truth that people try to take advantage of immigrants. Creating a new life in a new country is hard enough—you shouldn’t have to worry about people trying to take your money for services they can’t provide. It makes me especially angry to see dishonest lawyers and non-lawyers prey on immigrants by promising quick and easy progress through the immigration process. In many cases, the client’s chances of receiving a green card are small to begin with—but the attorney collects the retainer, and then does virtually nothing in return.

At T&C Law, we don’t work that way. Our greatest asset is our integrity, and we simply won’t take your case if we don’t believe we have a strong chance of winning citizenship for you. We pride ourselves on telling you the options up front, suggesting the best course of action, and making sure you stay involved in the process. Once we are hired, we fight for your interests, and have a success rate of better than 98% on cases we file to USCIS. We will never tell you that you have a good chance of success if you don’t. It simply isn’t fair to you.

If you are considering applying for a green card or visa, call us today. Immigrating for a job or career? We can help you with Work Authorization and Employment Immigration. Immigrating with your family? We handle Family Immigration, as well as Citizenship & Naturalization. As a businessman and former accountant, I can also help your company use the immigration laws to help your business’ bottom line.

We stand by you during a stressful time in your life, and open the door to America.
